How It Works:

1. Order an Introductory Session (the Basic Package) to see if I'm the right fit for you.
2. I'll reach out on here to arrange a time and date for this online session.
3. In the intro session, we'll discuss your situation and goals, creating a personalized plan for you.
4. You then continue to have weekly sessions (the Standard or Premium Packages) online, in which we'll update your plan, deal with any setbacks, and make sure you stay on track.
5. Throughout all of this, I'll be providing support, tools, and accountability.

I'm also happy to provide custom offers, if the standard packages don't quite fit what you're after.
