- Order an Introductory Session (the Basic Package) to see if I'm the right fit for you.
- I'll reach out on here to arrange a time and date for this online session.
- In the intro session, we'll discuss your situation and goals, creating a personalized plan for you.
- You then continue to have weekly sessions (the Standard or Premium Packages) online, in which we'll update your plan, deal with any setbacks, and make sure you stay on track.
- Throughout all of this, I'll be providing support, tools, and accountability.
I'm also happy to provide custom offers, if the standard packages don't quite fit what you're after.

What times are you available?
I live in Spain, so I'm in the same timezone as most of Europe (UTC+1 in the winter, UTC+2 in the Summer). Generally I'm available from 09:30-19:30 (Spanish time) Mon-Fri and 10:00-12:30 Sun - minus the times when I'm already booked.
What software/platform do you use for the online session?
Unless there's a reason why you can't, we'll use Zoom, through the Fiverr platform.
What happens if I can't make a session?
If you let me know at least 24 hours before the session, then we can reschedule. Less notice than that and you'll be charged for it.
