About this Gig
Are you looking for a production-ready PCB design that doesn't just "work" but is optimized for performance and manufacturability? With a background in Computer Engineering and embedded systems, I provide end-to-end hardware solutionsfrom conceptual schematics to 4-layer high-speed layouts.
What I Offer:
- Schematic Capture: Logical and organized circuit diagrams.
- Multi-layer Layout: Professional routing for 2-layer and 4-layer boards.
- Component Selection: Choosing cost-effective, in-stock components to avoid supply chain delays.
- High-Speed Design: Specialized routing for USB 3.0, HDMI, DDR, Ethernet, and RF signals.
- Signal & Power Integrity: Controlled impedance, differential pair routing, and dedicated power planes to minimize EMI/EMC issues.
- Manufacturing Files: Industry-standard Gerber X2, NC Drill, Pick & Place (CPL), and Assembly drawings.

FAQ
What information do I need to provide to start the design?
To get started, I need your Schematic (if you have one) or a detailed Requirements Document/Hand-sketch. Please also include any specific mechanical constraints (board size, mounting hole locations) and a list of "Must-have" components or interfaces (e.g., USB-C, specific MCU, or RF modules).
Do you design for specific manufacturing capabilities (JLCPCB, PCBWay, etc.)?
Absolutely. Every manufacturer has different "Design Rules" (minimum trace width, via size, and clearance). I tailor the DRC (Design Rule Check) and the Layer Stack-up to your preferred fabrication house to ensure your board can be manufactured without errors or extra "custom" costs.
What happens if a component in the BOM is out of stock?
I perform a Supply Chain Check during the component selection phase. I prioritize "Active" and "In-stock" parts from major distributors like LCSC, Mouser, and DigiKey. If a critical part is scarce, I will suggest a pin-compatible alternative or design a footprint that supports multiple packages to k

Anjana did a fantastic job designing the PCB for my project. He successfully delivered a complex 4-layer board for a solar-powered node. His component selection was incredibly thoughtful, and all the manufacturing files were perfectly formatted. Highly recommend him for any hardware design projects!
