What do you need to start?
I need your website URL, a clear description of the issue, screenshots if available, and temporary WordPress admin access if the fix needs to be completed inside the website.
Can you fix a website that is completely down?
It depends on the cause. If the website has a hosting error, database issue, malware problem or server-level failure, please message me before ordering so I can confirm if it is covered.
Do you provide custom coding?
Small HTML, CSS or basic WordPress fixes may be included depending on the package. Larger PHP work, plugin development or custom features must be agreed separately.
Will you improve website speed?
