Technical-to-Business Translation: I act as your primary liaison. I attend dev meetings, understand the technical hurdles (API limits, database constraints, deployment issues), and explain them to you in clear, actionable business terms.

Agile/Scrum Implementation: I will set up and lead your Agile workflow. This includes creating a Backlog, managing Sprints, and organizing Kanban boards (Jira, Trello, or Asana) to ensure development never stalls.

Requirement Documentation (PRDs): I will draft Product Requirement Documents that developers actually understand. This includes user stories, acceptance criteria, and basic system logic.

Tooling & Architecture Oversight: Leveraging my background in DevOps and Backend, I provide a "second pair of eyes" on your tech stack (e.g., PostgreSQL, Python, Django) to ensure the project is scalable and secure.
