Will you design any banner for my store?
Yes sure, we will design professional banners for your website for free according to the selected package. We will design 1 banners for simple package, 2 banners for pro package and 4 banners for premium package. PS: You need to provide the images of your brand or products for this.
What premium theme do you use?
We have experience of working on all the Shopify premium themes and we can customize them at the coding level. But we don't provide the theme and it is not included in the gig price. Client will have to purchase the premium theme.
How many products can I upload to my ecommerce website?
You can add unlimited product and categories on the website we developed.
Once you deliver the website will I be able to manage it by myself?
Yes you can easily maintain and edit your website via admin panel. Managing store's content like, products, images, pages will be very easy to understand. However if you still need us to manange the website afterwards then support will be provided as well at extra cost.
Do you provide free technical support?
Yes I provide technical support whenever you need. You don't have to worry about anything afterwards. I will provide free support for 1 month after the completion of order and if you want to extend the support then it will be charged separately.
