I will draw architectural plans for a planning application and provide planning advice

I am an experienced local authority planning officer and will advise you on the best route to obtaining planning permission and the realistic chance of having your proposal approved.

I can produce the drawings and supporting documents required for a planning application. Additionally, I can also submit the application on your behalf and act as your agent.

Please provide a sketch with measurements along with photos of your property. I can also carry out a site visit and take measurements for an additional cost (dependent on location)

The package offered is for residential extensions to small two-storey houses of less than 90sqm Gross Floor Area. Larger houses will carry a higher fee.

• Single storey and two storey extensions
• Loft conversions
• Garage conversions
• New build developments
• Detached outbuildings, summer houses etc.

Please Note:

• You will be required to pay the Council a fee when submitting your application
• I do not act as a consultant for any structural design work
