FOR LIP SYNC:- The clip must to be a human face, and close up look, only one face appear in the vid. Lip sync is available according to the price package. Animal and other creatures face is not able to do lip sync

And i use eleven lab for voice generation . If you have voices for lip sync that's also be help in clip creation.
