FAQ
How does the process work? Do I need to send you my product?
Yes please! You must send me your product via mail so I can have it in order to create your product video! Once I receive your item I will notify you and you can either start the order or I will send you a custom order offer.
What happens if I place my order before sending you the product?
If you place the order before sending me the product I will need to request an extension (or multiple extensions) until I receive your product. Extensions will include estimated product delivery/shipping time PLUS the time I need to actually create the video once the product arrives.
Where will this video be displayed?
Your shoppable video will be added to my Amazon storefront with your product tagged & I'll upload it to my YouTube channel also. Once approved by Amazon, it could also show up on your and/or a competitor's product listing. Ultimately, please note that video placement is determined solely by Amazon.
Will I receive my own copy of the video?
No. You will receive a link to the uploaded video on Amazon. If you would like a copy of the video for commercial use, we can discuss adding on a licensing fee.
Can I post the video on my product page?
No. I can send you a watermarked preview of the video to view, but you cannot post the video on your product page. If you do, unfortunately I will have to delete the video from my Amazon Influencer storefront.
What is your revision policy?
I offer a free revision ONLY if I made an error. If you want me to add something to the video that you did not tell me upfront, then the revision fee will be $125 (I only offer one revision). If you need something very specific in the video please be sure to make this clear when ordering. Thank you!
