FAQ
What counts as a page?
Pages, not spreads 24 pages = 12 spreads. Tell me your trim size (US Letter, A4, or custom) and whether the cover is included in the count; I'll confirm scope before starting.
What do you need from me?
Final text (Word or Google Docs — not screenshots), high-res images named to match their sections, your logo and brand guide if you have one, trim size, and page count. 1–2 reference PDFs or a Pinterest board helps.
Do you write the content or provide photos?
No layout only. I place and color-correct your images; heavy retouching or sourcing licensed stock is quoted before we start.
Will the files be print-ready?
Yes CMYK, 300 DPI, bleed and crop marks matched to your printer's specs, or to KDP / MagCloud / PrintNinja if you're publishing through them.
Do you design the cover too?
Yes the front cover is included in every package. Photography comes from you, or stock can be quoted as an add-on.
Can I order more than 24 pages?
Yes page extras at checkout, or message me first for anything over ~40 pages and I'll send a custom offer. Large catalogs shouldn't be stacked from ten extras.
Is a digital version included?
Premium includes a digital PDF. Clickable links and ToC can be added ask before ordering. (Interactive flipbooks are outside this gig.)
I publish a magazine quarterly can we work long-term?
Please ask. Your issue gets built as a proper template, so issue #2 is faster, consistent, and cheaper. Repeat clients are my favorite kind.
Do I get the InDesign file?
Standard and Premium include the packaged source file; on Basic it's a $15 extra.
