I prepare Bid estimates for clients based in the USA, UK, Canada, Germany, and Australia. I will provide you with well-organized material takeoffs, quantity takeoffs, and cost estimates for site work(Earthwork, structural cut & fill, pavements, utilities, etc).I have expertise in Bluebeam Revu, PlanSwift, Kubla cubed, and MS Excel for estimation.

Following is a typical breakdown of work for the site package;

1.           Demolition

2.           Site improvements (asphalt paving, concrete paving, pads, etc.)

3.           Site utilities (Storm, sanitary, water and fire, electrical, etc.)

4.           Mass grading

5.           Landscaping

6.           Retaining walls (concrete or block as shown in drawings)

7.           Irrigation (Drip irrigation, Spray irrigation)

8.           Anything pertaining to site work but not mentioned above
