1. How do I start?
Order directly, or message me first with a brief about your brand and packaging preferences. If you message me first, I'll ask a few questions, and once everything is clear, you can place the order.
2. What kind of packaging design do you do?
I design all types of product packaging, including box, label, pouch, can, and sleeve designs. Message me if you have a specific packaging requirement.
3. What do you need to start the project?
You'll need to provide the packaging/label size or dieline, logo, product images, and exact text you'd like included in the design. Design samples or references of your desired outcome are highly appreciated.
4. What kind of files will I receive?
You'll receive an AI/PDF print-ready file with the dieline/template included, plus a PDF/JPEG preview. Editable source files and 3D mockups are included in higher packages.
5. Can you write the copy (text) for me?
You must provide the exact, final text you want included in the design.
6. Do you include stock images in this gig?
Stock images are not included in the gig packages. I can recommend suitable stock images, but the client will need to purchase them separately.
7. Can you work with my existing dieline?
Yes. You can provide your existing dieline, or I can create a custom dieline layout based on your packaging dimensions.
8. Do you do logo design?
Yes, I can design a logo if needed. Logo design is available as an extra service outside the packaging packages. Please message me for a quote.
