What file formats do you accept for the 2D drawings?
I accept AutoCAD (DWG/DXF), PDF, JPG/PNG images, and even hand-drawn sketches. The clearer the source file, the more accurate the final 3D model.
Do I receive the Revit source file?
Yes, you'll receive the native Revit file (.rvt) along with your renderings and PDFs, so you can make further edits yourself or hand it off to another team.
How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery is 2 days depending on project size and complexity. Larger or highly detailed projects may need extra time message me with your floor plan for an accurate estimate before ordering.
Do you offer walkthrough videos?
Yes, walkthroughs are available as an add-on. Let me know if you'd like one included so I can quote it accurately.
Can you work from a rough sketch with no exact measurements?
Yes, but for best accuracy I recommend providing at least approximate dimensions. If none are available, I'll make reasonable assumptions and confirm them with you before finalizing
How many revisions are included?
1 rounds of revisions" or "unlimited revisions within scope". Additional changes outside the original scope may incur an extra charge.

There was an issue with the final product, and Bikash wasted no time in fixing the problem, even over holiday times. Highly recommend them for any 2d/3d modeling work.
