Will I be able to edit the file myself?
Yes. You get the editable .pptx file, not a flat image. You can change text, swap images and reuse the layouts as often as you like.
Do you need my brand guidelines?
Helpful but not essential. Your logo and two or three colours are enough for me to build something consistent. If you have a full brand guide, even better.
