Do you provide remote IT support?
Yes, I can assist remotely with Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, OneDrive and Windows troubleshooting using secure remote support tools. Most software-related issues can be investigated without an onsite visit.
Can you fix Microsoft Outlook email issues?
Yes, I can troubleshoot Outlook configuration, email synchronization, login errors, mailbox connectivity and sending or receiving issues. Some problems may require Microsoft 365 administrator permissions.
Do you need access to my computer?
Depending on the issue, I may need a supervised remote support session. I will explain the required access beforehand. Please never share passwords, authentication codes or other sensitive credentials.
