What do you need to get started?
Please provide your project brief, product or system details, required sequence of steps, reference images or diagrams, and any labels that must appear. Basic requires an approved script, Standard and Premium include scriptwriting.
What is a 3D isometric explainer video?
An isometric explainer uses angled, dimensional scenes to show how products, connected components, systems, or processes work. It helps present technical information through organized visuals and clear sequences.
Is scriptwriting included?
Scriptwriting is included in Standard and Premium. For Basic, please provide the approved script or exact on-screen text. Additional scriptwriting for Basic may be available for an extra charge.
Is a storyboard included?
A storyboard is included in Standard and Premium. Basic does not include a storyboard by default. If you need one with Basic, please contact me before ordering.
Do you provide voice-over?
Voice-over is included in Premium only. It may be available for Basic and Standard for an additional charge, depending on the project requirements and availability.
Can you animate complex machinery or CAD models?
The standard packages focus on stylized isometric system and process explanations. Complex CAD modeling, engineering-accurate simulations, and detailed internal mechanisms are not included by default. Please contact me before ordering to discuss your requirements.
Can you create a video longer than 90 seconds?
Longer videos may be available through a custom offer. Pricing and delivery time depend on the required duration, number of scenes, and technical complexity.
What format will I receive?
The final video will be delivered in MP4 format. Please confirm your required resolution and any special delivery specifications before ordering.
