I will file your company's confirmation statement with companies house.

What is confirmation statement?

It is a mandatory filing for every companies registered in UK which details about the companies secretarial details like directors, share holders, number of shares, registered address of the company.

It is due after every year from the date the company was registered, For example if a company was registered on 30 December 2023 and had an accounting period end of date 30 June 2024, the filing date for the confirmation statement would be 1 year after the registration date irrespective of the accounting period end.

All details on it should be correct and updated.

Companies house charges a legal fee of £50.

Late filing for the company could lead to fines and penalties and in worst scenarios dissolution of the company.
