I built a RAG assistant over patient records for a healthcare platform, where answering from the wrong patient file is not survivable. Retrieval and data design are where these systems fail quietly, and that is the part I get right. Python, FastAPI, OpenAI and Claude APIs, pgvector and Pinecone.
