We provides integration features between SuiteCRM/SugarCRM ,Web Application and Freeswitch to WebRTC Support.
Once build, You do not need reaching out to the phone anymore. Make & receive phone calls directly from SipPhone on CRM. It provides one-click dial from within Sugarcrm/ SuiteCRM to contacts, accounts etc.

Features:
- User friendly UI. you can minimize Sip phone popup and drag it where you can.
- User Status. You can see the status of User Registration on WebRTC.
- You can Hold/UnHold the call.
- Using Transfer feature you can transfer the call to some other by entering extension.
- Passing DTMF Key during the call.
- Call Redialing.
- On Incoming call phonebook popup will be opened automatically.
- On Inbound call use accept and reject button to deal with Incoming calls.
