Do you produce plumbing and electric plans?
Yes, I do as per your current layout with your selected gig package. (I will need all existing pictures of your truck.)
Can you make very detailed drawings from photographs?
I can get the main idea from the pictures about their locations, but I will need their overall size too.
Do you provide stamped drawings?
I do not provide engineering stamps. However, most food truck permits do not require one. If your county does, I will format the drawing so an engineer can stamp it easily.
What do you need from me to get started?
Trailer dimensions, equipment list (even a rough version is fine), and any city/county guidelines you received. I’ll help clarify anything missing.
Can you help if I already got rejected by the inspector?
