Bioinformatics is the science of storing, retrieving, and analyzing a large amount of biological data which is produced every day and stored in different databases. To analyze this huge data we need to use programming so it will automate the process of data analysis and save our time as well. Nowadays Python and R are used for biological data analysis
I am seeing that a lot of people are facing difficulties in designing python scripts to analyze their data so I have decided to help them.I have 1.5 years experience of teaching python/biopython online
