Will you need root access to my server?
Yes - SSH access with root/sudo is required to run a full audit. If you're not comfortable sharing root credentials directly, I can walk you through creating a temporary SSH key or a sudo user scoped just to this project.
Do you fix issues in WHMCS itself, or just the server?
Basic covers server-level items only (nginx, SSL, firewall, fail2ban, open ports). Standard and Premium also cover WHMCS-facing misconfigurations that create security exposure, and Premium adds ongoing monitoring after the audit.
What if you find something urgent during the audit?
I flag anything critical immediately, not just at final delivery - so you can act on it right away regardless of which package you picked.
