I will connect grok muse codex and chatgpt into one ai team
About this gig
You already pay for three or four AI subscriptions. They do not talk to each other. I fix that.
I connect your AI accounts, Grok, Muse, Codex, and ChatGPT, into one coordinated team with a shared brief, clear roles, and a review loop. A coordinator breaks the work down, each agent works its strength (Grok on research and X, Codex on code, Muse on operations, ChatGPT on docs and drafts), and anything consequential waits for your approval.
One brief. Every agent. No more copy-pasting between tabs.
On ChatGPT Pro or Business, I also configure OpenAI Dots, their always-on agents, to fit the same workflow.
Every package includes the connection setup, a shared brief template, defined roles and escalation rules, a human approval gate, and one full workflow run end to end with you.
I am Matt Bishop. I run multi-agent setups in production across my own business, research, builds, content, and ops, coordinated through a shared handoff system I built. This is the same architecture, packaged for your business.
Tell me which AI accounts you have and the one workflow you want the team to run first.

FAQ
Do I need paid AI accounts?
Yes. You bring your subscriptions, such as Grok, ChatGPT, Claude, and others. I connect the accounts you already use; I do not provide accounts.
Does this comply with AI providers’ terms?
I use official APIs and supported connections, with no scraping or shared logins. I confirm the requested workflow is supported before connecting it.
What if an agent is unavailable or changes?
The coordinator reports the issue and follows the fallback rules we agree on. Standard and Premium include monitoring notes to help you track availability and changes.
Who approves actions before they go live?
We agree which actions may run automatically and which wait for you. Nothing consequential, customer-facing, or involving spend is released without your approval.
Can the team connect to my existing tools?
Yes. We can scope supported email, CRM, document, and chat connections to the workflow. Access and permissions are agreed before setup.
What is OpenAI Dots, and do I need it?
Dots are OpenAI’s always-on agents for ChatGPT Pro and Business. They are optional, and there is no public builder API, so I configure and consult on Dots rather than wiring them by API.
