Where does the agent run?
On managed hosting I set up for you. You never touch a server.
Can it email or message people for me?
Yes, but only inside approval rules you set. The default is draft-for-your-review. Nothing customer-facing goes out without your approval unless you explicitly allow it.
What if it makes a mistake?
Approval gates catch the big ones. Everything is logged, so we can see exactly what happened and fix the instruction. The tune period exists for this.
What are the monthly costs?
Managed hosting and monitoring from $99/mo. AI usage is pay-as-you-go on your accounts and usually small for these workloads. I set caps.
Which tools can it connect to?
Email, calendar, sheets, CRMs, Slack, and anything with an API. If your tool has no API, I will tell you before you order.
Is my data private?
Your agent, your data. I do not train models on it, reuse it, or plug it into other clients.
