Is this a monthly or ongoing service?
No. This is a one-time, project-based service. There is no automatic monthly or ongoing support. You can reorder anytime if needed.
Do you communicate with my supplier or customers?
No. I do not contact suppliers or your end customers. I only organize and document information provided by you.
Do you handle shipping or fulfillment?
No. I do not ship products, manage fulfillment, or guarantee delivery. Shipping information is documented only if you provide it.
What information do you need from me to start?
Order list or access (Etsy, Shopify export, or file) Order details to be organized Any notes or updates you want documented
When does the project end?
It ends when the delivery time is reached, if ur not sending any information on that time, its YOUR Fault
Can I send new orders after the delivery time?
No. Orders must be provided within the project delivery time. Orders sent after that require a new order.
Do you make decisions or manage my shop?
No. I do not make decisions, manage your shop, or take responsibility for operations. My role is information organization only.
How do we communicate?
All communication and file delivery are handled only via Fiverr.
