No, I usually deliver within few minutes or an hour. 2-5 days is just standard delivery time for critical issues.
What details do you need to start the work?
I will basically need only your wp admin login details (username & password). But sometimes, I may also need your hosting cPanel/ FTP login details depending on the type of issue (in case it needs to be fixed from the server-side).
Will you provide me the information on how the issue was fixed?
