I don't know if my process can be automated. Can you tell me?
Send me the steps as you do them now and I'll tell you straight - what's worth automating, what isn't, and roughly what it would cost. No charge for that, and I'll say so if the answer is that you shouldn't bother.
Do I need my own n8n account?
It helps, but no. I can build on n8n cloud or set up a self-hosted instance on your server. Either way it runs on your account with your credentials - I don't hold anything hostage.
What happens if the workflow breaks after delivery?
Every build ships with retry logic and an error alert, so you find out from the workflow rather than from a customer. Standard includes 7 days of support and Premium 30. After that I'm available hourly.
Can you move my Zapier or Make.com workflows to n8n?
Yes, that's one of the most common jobs I get. Send me a screenshot of the Zap or scenario and I'll tell you what it looks like rebuilt in n8n, and what it saves you monthly.
Which apps can you connect?
n8n has 400+ native integrations, and anything with a REST API can be connected even without one. HubSpot, Airtable, Google Sheets, Shopify, Slack, Notion, Stripe, GoHighLevel, Salesforce and most CRMs are routine.
Do you build AI agents, or just workflows?
Both. I build agents that triage, summarise and draft using GPT or Claude, with a human approval step wherever the output actually matters. Agents are included in Premium and available as an add-on.
