A well-written proposal that is visually appealing and clear to a potential customer is how you win a contract. I take your brand and your specialties and explain how you will do the job better than anyone else. We end with a strong call to action that inspires the reader to select you and get started. Most importantly, I do not simply ask AI to write the proposal, I write it specifically for your company and unique skills. You will receive the proposal in both PDF and an editable format so you can edit and use it again later if you would like to. Or you can come back to me and we can edit it at a reduced rate.
I also write press releases and blogs.
IF you have an RFP please ask for a custom gig. Those require very specific needs, and you won't win an RFP if you don't follow the document exactly. I can do them, but I need to quote them separately depending on the RFP.

What's the difference between a proposal and a email campaign
A proposal is a specific document offering a specific service or product for them. An Email campaign is a marketing tool where you generally offer your services or products. This can be sent to multiple prospects where as a proposal is specific to the recipient.
Do you use AI?
NO, a company that is looking at multiple proposals will see the repetition of AI immediately and not see you as unique and professional.
Can I edit my proposal/press release/blog?
Yes, you will receive a PDF as well as a document you can edit for future use. If you prefer you can return to me and I will write your next proposals at a reduced rate since much of the information can be reused.
