1. What do you need from me to get started?
Please share your product dimensions, logo, brand colors, text, images, barcode, ingredients and any legal warnings. Not sure that you have? Message me first and I'll guide you through it.
2. I don't have a dieline. Can you help?
Yes. Send me the size of your box, pouch or label and I'll create an accurate dieline for you with small extra charge. If your printer already gave you one, share it and I'll design directly on it.
3. What is your work process?
You send your brief and files. I share a first concept, then you review it and request changes. Once you approve, I deliver the print-ready and source files. Simple and clear.
4. What is a 3D mockup, and do I get one?
A 3D mockup shows how your packaging or label will look on a real box, pouch or bottle. It's a close preview, not an exact copy of your product. Mockups are included in the packages that list them.
5. How do revisions work?
A revision is a change to the concept I've shared, such as colors, text, layout or image placement. Revisions typically cover up to 35% of the design. A new direction counts as a new order.
6. Which file formats will I receive?
You'll get editable AI or PSD source files, a print-ready PDF, and JPG and PNG previews. Files come in CMYK with bleed and dielines, ready to send to your printer.
7. Do you use AI in your designs?
Yes, I use AI packaging tools to explore concepts faster. Then I refine the layout, typography and print setup by hand. If you prefer no AI use at all, tell me before ordering.
8. Can you design several products or variations?
Yes. Message me before ordering with the number of products, flavors or sizes, and I'll send a custom offer. Variations of one design are usually quicker than separate designs.
9. Do you design logos or provide stock images?
No. Custom logo and icon design aren't included in this gig, and I don't use paid images. Please send your logo and photos. I can use free-license images if you need them.
10. Which products do you not design for?
I don't design packaging for alcoholic beverages or adult products. Everything else is welcome, including cosmetic, food, supplement, essential oil and medicine boxes. DM me so we can discuss.
