How do you model revenue for salons/spas?
I break it down by service line (cuts/color, nails, skin, massage, med-spa, etc.), utilization targets (clients per chair/room per hour), average ticket, add-on rate, and memberships. Retail is modeled with attach rate and margin by brand.
Can you include memberships and packages?
