A short intake form plus: service/menu list (with target prices), target location(s), square footage, seating/booth count, hours, brand concept, current quotes (lease, buildout, equipment), and any historical sales. If you’re pre-revenue, I’ll benchmark with transparent, defensible comps.
How do you model revenue for salons/spas?
I break it down by service line (cuts/color, nails, skin, massage, med-spa, etc.), utilization targets (clients per chair/room per hour), average ticket, add-on rate, and memberships. Retail is modeled with attach rate and margin by brand.
Can you include memberships and packages?
Absolutely. I’ll incorporate recurring revenue (month-to-month vs term), churn/retention assumptions, and member vs non-member pricing so cash flow is predictable.
Can you add med-spa services (injectables, lasers, etc.)?
Yes, separate compliance and scope, provider credentials, and pricing. If a medical director is required, I’ll reflect the agreement and margin split.
