Do you use WordPress or a page builder?
No. Your site is built in PHP, HTML, CSS and JavaScript with a MySQL database behind it. That means no monthly plugin fees, no theme locking you in, and no ceiling on what the site can be made to do.
Will I own the code?
Yes. You get the complete source code on delivery and it is yours. I do not hold anything back and I do not charge a license fee to keep using your own site.
Do you provide hosting and a domain?
You buy those — expect roughly $10-$20/month for hosting and about $12/year for a domain. I will tell you exactly what to get for your project, and deployment onto your host is available as an extra.
What do you need from me to start?
What the site is for, the list of pages you need, two or three example sites you like, and your text, images and logo. If I am deploying it, your hosting login as well. Everything is in the requirements form.
Can you fix or finish a site someone else started?
Often, yes. Message me first with access to the code so I can look before either of us commits — I will send a custom offer with a real price rather than guessing. I do not take on rescue jobs blind.
What happens if I need changes after delivery?
Each package includes revisions while the order is open. After that, 30 days of support is available as an extra, or send me a message and I will quote small changes as a custom offer.
Will you sign an NDA?
Yes, happy to before we discuss details. Your idea, your data and your code stay between us.
