FAQ
What do you need from me to get started?
Three things: your text, your logo in the best quality you have, and any brand colors or fonts you already use. Photos and reference designs help too. If something is missing, we tell you exactly what to send and keep the project moving.
What if my brochure content is not written yet?
Send rough notes and we shape them into headings and sections as part of the layout, at no extra cost. If you want the copy written properly from scratch, add the Content Writing extra and we will draft it.
Is the flyer included in every package?
You pick one, a brochure or a flyer. Bifold covers a one page flyer, Trifold a two page flyer, Multipage a four page flyer. So flyer clients are not paying for panels they will never use.
What files will I receive?
A print ready PDF at 300 DPI in CMYK with bleed and crop marks, plus JPG for web and email, and the editable source file. Everything is set up the way commercial printers ask for it.
What does Unlimited Revisions cover?
Everything inside the layout you approved: text, images, colours, spacing, moving a section around, for as many rounds as it takes. Rebuilding on a brand new concept is a fresh brief, so just message us.
What if I need more pages than the package includes?
Extra pages can be added to any package, or message us for a custom offer covering the full count. Tell us how many you need and we price it before you order rather than halfway through.
Can I get a version I can email or put on my website?
Yes. Add the Interactive PDF extra and you get a clickable digital edition with working links and a contents page, sized for reading on screen rather than a shrunken print file.
Can you turn this into social media posts?
Yes, and it is what we do most days. The Social Carousel extra reworks your brochure into a carousel sized for Instagram and LinkedIn, so the same content works in the feed instead of only on paper.
Can I update the brochure myself later?
Add the Editable Template extra and you get a version your own team can edit, which is worth it if this is a company profile or report you refresh every year rather than a one off piece.
Can I get a shorter version to hand out?
Yes, alongside your brochure. The One Page Sell Sheet extra condenses it into one double sided page, the thing you leave behind at a meeting when a full brochure is more than anyone wants to carry.
