What do I need to send you?
1- Send us 3 examples of designs you like / 2- Send us your logo high-resolution (300 dpi) / 3- Prepare your text -- make sure you proof read it! / 4- Tell us what size the design needs to be -- this is very important!
Can you create a design based on my website?
No. You need to provide us with the required information, otherwise we will have to cancel the order.
What is a revision?
A revision means making small changes to the design we created for you -- things like changing the color of a word, or alignment of an image. It does not include completely changing the design. If you provided the proper information up front, then don't worry -- a total redo won't be necessary!
Can I expect the work to be completed sooner than the due date / time?
No. We always work as quickly as we can, however we have multiple Gigs with a queue of orders so we can not guarantee a faster delivery. If you need it sooner, then please place the Rush Delivery option when placing your order.
Can I place a 24 hr Rush order over the weekend?
Please contact us first. We are an agency who, like other companies, does not work 24/7. But in special, urgent circumstance we can work with you to get you what you need. As long as you contact us first before ordering.
