I will produce a physical prototype product

The process of making a prototype part or component will work in several steps.

#1 : Once a line of communication is established we will discuss what you would like to have made. This step is used to transfer any sketches, cad files or designs. once the file is in my possession a review and rough time line can be established for the project

#2 : A cad file will be designed and generated. Along the way you will be updated with amendment photos and will be asked for any inputs . A collection of parts and venders will be provided to keep costs measured and 3d printed parts will be cataloged .

#3 : If the part is greenlit one of two paths can be taken . A 3d printed assembly/ part can be created and shipped. This part can be used to verify component dimensions and overall design. "If this is where you are ok with completing the project it will be considered closed". if once the part is verified and you wish to proceed further into " CNC , Casting or any other process the part will be placed in a pool of possible venders. Depending on the process this part of the project can take a while.

#4 : once the final part is received it will be checked cataloged and sent out.
