Tell me about commercial rights...
Commercial rights cover the use of voiceover in promotion of a business, service, or product to a specific audience, in any public format. There are exceptions (training videos, presentation materials, mock ups, automated announcements, etc) which is why I have it listed as a separate charge.
What's the difference between Commercial & Broadcast Rights?
Broadcast rights are basically commercial rights that deal specifically with material intended for broadcast on television or radio. Generally speaking, you'll only ever need one or the other (commercial or broadcast), depending on where the material is going to be seen/heard.

It took him way longer that the specified time to complete, then didn't do any revisions. There were two revisions on mistakes in his performance...
