FAQ
What is an AI booking chatbot?
It is an AI assistant that answers customer messages, asks qualifying questions, and books appointments into your calendar. It works 24 hours a day, so leads are not lost while you are busy or closed.
Which channels can it run on?
Instagram, WhatsApp, and your website. Basic covers 1 channel, Standard covers 2 channels, and Premium covers all 3. Extra channels can be added, just message me first.
Do I need special accounts before ordering?
Yes. You need a business Instagram account for Instagram, a WhatsApp Business account for WhatsApp, and website access for a website bot. WhatsApp Business API setup, Meta approval, AI usage, and platform plans are billed by those providers to your own account, and are not included in the gig price.
What do you need from me to start?
Your services, prices, FAQs, booking rules, calendar details, tone of voice, and access to the channels you want. The better your information, the better the bot answers.
How does booking work in the chat?
The bot asks your qualifying questions, offers only real calendar slots, confirms the booking in the chat, and sends a reminder before the appointment. If a question is complex or a customer asks for a person, it hands over to your team with the full conversation.
Will the bot sound robotic?
No, it is trained on your own information and tone, and it follows your booking rules. You can review the answers before launch, and you can take over any conversation at any time.
Can it work after hours?
Yes. It answers, qualifies, and books at any hour, including nights and weekends, so you do not lose leads to a faster reply from a competitor.
