About this gig
Stop copying information between apps or chasing tasks manually. I will build a reliable Make.com automation that moves your data, updates your systems, and triggers the right action automatically.
I can help you:
- Connect forms, CRMs, Google Workspace, Airtable, email, and other business tools
- Build lead capture, onboarding, notification, and follow-up workflows
- Connect apps through APIs and webhooks
- Automate Stripe payment confirmations, customer updates, invoices, and internal alerts
- Add filters, routers, error handling, and data formatting
- Test the complete workflow and provide a clear handover summary
Each project is scoped around a specific business outcome. I do not deliver an untested template and leave you to figure it out.
Please message me before ordering if your workflow requires a custom API, Stripe, or an app without a native Make.com integration. Tell me which apps you use and what should happen from start to finish.

I help businesses automate repetitive work and connect the tools they already use. I build workflows for lead intake, appointments, payments, e-signatures, CRM updates, email, calendars, documents, and reporting.
My core services include Make.com and Zapier automation, API integration, payment workflows, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, CRM systems, DocuSign, and webhooks. I also repair broken automations, test each step, and document the system.
I support law firms, coaches, agencies, and service businesses with practical automation that saves time and reduces manual work.

FAQ
Which tools can you connect?
I work primarily with Make.com, Google Workspace, Airtable, CRMs, Stripe, webhooks, and apps that provide API access.
Do you need my passwords?
No. Secure invite access or an authorized app connection is usually enough. I will explain the access needed before work begins.
What if the automation stops working?
I test the workflow before handover and provide a summary. If my delivered setup causes a problem within 30 days, I will correct it.
Can you connect an app without a native Make.com integration?
Yes, when the app provides a documented API or webhook. Please message me first so I can confirm feasibility and the correct package.
What do you need from me to get started?
Send the apps involved, your current process, the trigger, the actions required, and sample test data. Mention any API or Stripe requirement.
