About this Gig
Every no-show is money you already earned and then lost.
I set up booking systems that confirm, remind, and follow up automatically so clients show up, and the ones who don't get won back without you chasing anyone.
What I build:
- Calendly, Acuity, or Google Calendar booking flows
- Instant confirmation emails when a client books
- Automated reminders by email or WhatsApp before every appointment
- No-show follow-up sequences that rebook missed appointments
- Rescheduling links so cancellations become new bookings, not lost revenue
- Everything connected to your existing calendar and tools
Why buyers choose me:
- Tested end-to-end before handover; you get a written summary of what was built
- 5.0 rating from real automation projects
- Works with the tools you already use, no new subscriptions unless truly needed
Built for coaches, consultants, clinics, salons, law firms, and any business that books appointments.
Send me your booking tool and weekly appointment volume. I'll confirm the right package before you order.

FAQ
Which booking tools do you work with?
Calendly, Acuity, Google Calendar, and most schedulers. If you don't have one yet, I'll set up the best free option for your volume.
Can reminders go by WhatsApp or SMS?
Yes, email is included in every package; WhatsApp or SMS depends on your country and volume, and I'll confirm the best option before we start.
Will this work with my existing calendar?
Yes. Everything syncs with the calendar you already use, no double bookings.
What happens when someone doesn't show up?
In the Premium package, they automatically get a follow-up sequence with a rebooking link, so missed appointments turn back into booked ones.
Do you need my passwords?
No. Invite access or a shared connection is enough, and I document everything I set up.
