Do I need to share my Mindbody login with you?
Yes, you will need to provide me with admin access to your Mindbody account. Your credentials are kept completely confidential and access can be removed immediately after the project is complete.
I already have a Mindbody account but it's a mess. Can you fix it?
Absolutely. Cleaning up and reorganizing existing Mindbody accounts is one of the most common requests I get. Just message me with a description of your issues and I'll let you know what's needed.
How long does a full setup take?
A standard full setup takes 5 to 7 business days depending on the complexity of your services, staff size, and number of membership types.
I have client data in a spreadsheet or another system. Can you import it?
Yes. I can import your existing client data into Mindbody as long as it's in a spreadsheet format. I'll clean and format it correctly before importing.
Do you offer ongoing monthly support?
Yes. After your setup is complete, I offer monthly virtual assistant retainer packages for ongoing Mindbody management. Message me for details.
