What you need from me to get started for custom logo animation?
I’ll need a copy of your logo in vector format such as (AI, EPS or PDF). If you only have PNG, JPG file then contact me before placing an order.
What if my logo is low resolution ?
If your logo is low resolution , I can vectorize it for you. You will receive the vectorized super high res logo and will be able to use it anywhere else too. Contact me please, so that we discuss this in more detail.
Can I use it on my youtube channel, facebook page and website?
Sure, you are fully authorized to use your logo animation video anywhere you want.
What is the turnaround time?
the delivery time based on the package you purchased. If you need faster then contact me.
Can you use your own music?
Yes of course. Please order extra for audio and send the audio with the logo and I'll use it for the video. if the audio is too long tell me what is the starting time of the part you want to use.
What is Animated GIF?
An animated GIF file is a graphic image that moves. An animated GIF can loop endlessly or it can present one or a few sequences and then stop the animation. Animated GIFs are frequently used in Web ad banners etc.
What is Transparent Background?
A Background that has no color. You can place this kind of animation over any video or graphic and see it play on top!
Do I offer refunds if you are unhappy with the video?
Of course! if you are unhappy about the animation I'll offer a 100% refund.
unlimited revisions?
I offer unlimited revisions in every order. Please keep in mind that revisions are minor changes/tweaks, such as timing, color, background music/sfx... etc. Revisions don't mean re-making the whole thing with a different concept/idea.
