The basic gig is ideal if you want us to test your app or website on mobile devices or desktop for 90 minutes. We will show you all usability issues in a comprehensive summary report and give you detailed suggestions for improvement.
What exactly does the standard package offer?
The standard gig is ideal for you if you want to test the usability of your app OR website on mobile devices OR desktop (if you need both, please book the Premium Gig). We will show you all identified usability issues in a comprehensive summary report with suggestions for improvement.
What exactly does the premium package offer?
The premium gig is ideal for you if you want to test the usability of your app OR website on mobile devices and on desktop. We will show you all identified usability issues in a comprehensive summary report and give you detailed and specific suggestions for improvement.
My product is not live yet. Is it possible to test it while it's still in development?
Yes. For iOS apps we need access to the app in TestFlight. For Android apps, we need a .apk file of the app version. If your website is already in a staging environment, we can also test it. Testing based on screenshots (Figma, etc.) is also possible. Please contact us in advance to clarify details.
