FAQ
How long have you work recruiting people.
Around a year, but in the last 20 years, I have worked with the best outsourcing agencies in the world. or commercially speaking has a IT contractor myself. I have recruited Sales people , Screened and Interview in person, and over the phone. Around 6 months.
Do i need to provide my leads or posible candidates i need help with?
Its better to have an idea of what you are looking to fill the position either for IT support people or Sales, if you have resume's you need help looking over for making a decision, yes i can help you with that. Also i can help you find people in case its need it.
So why you?
Its a free market out there, different flavors and of course prices, but do they really have the experience coming from someone that is working on Information Technology, that speaks to Administrators, Managers, Supervisors, Leads, Sales people, Clients and people?
So what do i get for the $1500
Well Fiverr gets 20% of that, Uncle sam is going to be happy taking another 25% HR referrals can pay from $300up to $1000 and that's if they provide you with a candidate that gets hired on the spot. Me i provide you at least 4 hours of work to help you make a decision.. similar to coaching...
