What kind of file do I need to send you?
Please send the highest resolution image (JPG/PNG/PSD) or video clip (MP4/MOV) you have. The quality of the final cinemagraph depends heavily on the quality of your source file. If you aren't sure, message me first!
Will you deliver a GIF or a Video file?
I deliver high-quality MP4 video files. Standard GIFs often have low color quality and large file sizes. MP4s are perfect for Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook and allow for smooth, high-definition loops.
Can you add sound effects or music?
