The message and colours of the consent banner are not editable by the user by default. If you need to make these changes often, I recommend buying the "Cookie Editor" gig extra and I will prepare your banner in a new system where you can make all changes at any time.

The Premium gig is the one where cookies are blocked by default (explicit method). The other plans display a message about the cookies policy on your site - you can set your own wording - and users will have the option to "Accept & Close" (implicit method).

Unfortunately no. I take care of the technical aspect of the cookie banner only through a business consultancy service. Everything related to legal questions should be clarified first with a legal consultant.
