I will generate quality buyer and seller real estate leads

Basic

I will go over: 

• Dialer options - how they work, pricing, whether you need one or not
• Data sources - whether we after FSBOs, FRBOs, Expireds etc and where to source them
• CRM - back end management - how you are going to manage leads long term
• Scripts - which approach you want to take, how you want to be represented on the phones 

In addition, I will get you started with everything and dial for 2 hours.

Intermediate

It includes: 

• 7 Hours Cold Calling whether on auto dialer or manually
• 1 Hour CRM to include:
• Follow ups
• Sending text messages or emails

Executive

I will: 

• Use my dialer and data sources
• Dial up to 100 hours per month
• Provide leads to your CRM, email or whatever other communication source you prefer 

Note that the numbers will vary from area to area and type of people required. In order to get started I would need from you: 

• Area that you need data from preferably cities or zip codes 
• Price ranges that you would prefer 
• Do you need only motivated leads - meaning I will manage/nurture leads who aren't ready to purchase or sell yet. Although I will manage, I will not provide back end CRM.
