When do you deliver my order?
I will deliver your order within 24 hours of purchase. Orders will usually take the entire 24 hours. Scripts over 1000 words will take longer than a day.
What are Commercial Rights?
Commercial Rights are used when you are promoting your product or service in non-paid marketing channels. If you intend to use the voice over for any business-related purposes (with the exception of paid marketing channels) you will need to purchase the "Commercial Rights" gig extra.
What are Full Broadcast Rights
Full Broadcasting Rights (buy-out) are used if the voice over will be used for advertising your product or service in paid broadcasting channels, like Radio, TV and Internet. If you intend to use the voice over for paid broadcasting you will need to purchase the "Full Broadcast Rights" gig extra.
Do you offer revisions?
Yes! If I make a mistake I will work to make that correction quickly and at no charge. If you require a revision for things like script updates or to correct script errors that will be an additional cost. Revision consist of changes of 30-50 words and each revision is $10.
What timezone are you in and where are you located?
I am in the Central Time Zone located in Northwest Florida.
What accents or languages do you offer?
I record in American English but I can provide a neutral and a southern American accent.
Do you offer different voice over styles?
Yes, I can record in any style you need. I can be happy, sad, upbeat, serious, easy going, next door neighbor, friendly, or just about anything you can come up with.
