FAQ
Do you need access to my email account?
No. Everything happens in public DNS. You either give me DNS access or I hand you the records and you paste them in yourself. I never need a mailbox login or admin credentials.
Will this guarantee my emails stop going to spam?
No, and anyone promising that is lying. Authentication is necessary but not sufficient. Reputation, list quality, content and sending volume all matter too. What I guarantee is that your domain will pass SPF, DKIM and DMARC correctly, which is the foundation everything else sits on.
What if I send through Instantly, Smartlead, Klaviyo or another platform?
That's fine and very common. Third-party senders are usually the exact thing that's broken, because they were added without being authorized in SPF or DKIM. Tell me every tool that sends on your behalf and I'll align all of them.
Can you do more than one domain?
Yes. Each package covers one domain, and additional domains are an extra. If you run a lot of cold email subdomains, message me first and I'll quote the batch.
How fast will I see results?
DNS changes take minutes to a few hours. DMARC aggregate reports take 24 to 72 hours to start arriving, which is why enforcement is staged rather than instant. Moving straight to p=reject without watching reports first is how people accidentally block their own invoices.
Do you write campaigns, design templates or clean lists?
No. I handle authentication and deliverability infrastructure only. There are great sellers here for campaign and template work, and I'm happy to point you at one.
