Yes. Although the best way to work a podcast is with good quality, individual audio files for each voice, I can create different chanels for every voice and process it individually. (Take in mind that if there´s ovarlaying of the voices in one file, there's not much to do)

High quality files, such as .WAV or .AIFF are the best way to go, however, other files such as .MP3 or .M4A can give great results too.
