I'm an AI Engineering student who builds practical automations with n8n.
I help small businesses and agencies handle new leads faster. For my internship capstone, I built an AI lead scoring system in n8n: it validates each lead, skips duplicates, scores it with AI plus business rules, labels it HOT, WARM, or COLD, and saves it to Google Sheets.
I also built a daily automation that searches for jobs and sends me a report.
I communicate mainly in writing, in English or Arabic. Every delivery includes a tested workflow and a simple step-by-step guide.
FAQ
Do I need my own n8n account?
Yes. The workflow runs in your own n8n (n8n Cloud or self-hosted), so you fully own it. If you don't have n8n yet, message me and I'll explain the options before you order.
Who pays for the AI and other tools?
You use your own accounts and API keys, so you pay the providers directly (for example, Google for Gemini). My price covers building, testing, and the written guide.
Is my lead data safe with the AI?
The workflow doesn't send names, emails, or phone numbers to Gemini, only the lead's business details and message. Use a billed Gemini API key: Google's terms say free-tier data may be used to improve its products, while paid usage isn't.
Do you need my passwords?
No. Please don't share passwords in chat. Depending on your setup, you can invite me as a user in your n8n, or import the workflow file and add your own API keys. I'll guide you step by step.
Can you connect my CRM or another form tool?
Often yes, if the tool works with n8n or has an API. Message me the tool name first and I'll confirm before you order. If it's outside the package scope, I'll send you a custom offer.
Will this guarantee more sales?
No. The workflow helps you respond faster and keeps your leads organized. Results depend on your offer and your follow-up.
Can the AI reject leads or decide for me?
No. It scores and summarizes leads so you can prioritize, and a person always makes the final call. I don't build scoring for hiring, lending, housing, or other sensitive decisions.
What counts as a revision?
Changes within the agreed scope, like adjusting the scoring criteria, the alert text, or the sheet columns. New tools, new features, or a new workflow are quoted separately.
What if something stops working after delivery?
If the workflow doesn't work as agreed, tell me within 7 days of delivery and I'll fix it for free. Changes caused by outside tools, like an API update, can be handled in a new order.
