It’s a screen recording where I navigate through your website or app as a user. I'll verbally explain what works, what creates friction, and give actionable advice on how to improve the layout for better conversions.
Can you redesign just one specific flow (e.g., checkout)?
Yes! If you know that users are abandoning their carts, we can focus the audit and redesign entirely on the checkout process to maximize your ROI.
